1 Legal notice
The website concerned by these terms of use belongs to Wosh SRL, the company that owns the WOSH service (hereinafter "WOSH" or "the Company"), whose company number is 0719.790.082 and whose registered office is located at Rue du Roitelet 22, 1170 Brussels. The person responsible for the publication is MAHAUT Tom, co-creator of Wosh. He can be reached by registered mail addressed to the Wosh head office.  The website is hosted by Webflow, Inc. 398 11th Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103 

2 Acceptance of these terms and conditions 
By accessing, visiting or using this website, either personally and/or on behalf of the legal entity for which you are acting as an agent, intermediary or employee, you expressly and unreservedly agree to the terms and conditions set out below. Wosh may freely change these terms and conditions at any time in order to adapt them to developments in the services and/or their use. Therefore, we invite you to consult them at each visit in order to be aware of their latest version. This latest version is permanently available on the website.  The use of certain services offered by WOSH implies your total and unconditional acceptance of all of these general conditions. Access to certain services may also be subject to the full and complete acceptance of specific conditions of use, which are added to these general conditions. 

3 Description of the services provided 
The purpose of the Wosh SRL "WOSH" website is to provide a service to connect customers with partner laundries and to inform about this activity.  However, it cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and failures to update, whether caused by itself or by third party partners who provide the information.  All information on the website is given as an indication and is likely to change.  

4 Price & Payment terms
4.1 Payment for orders is made with Visa, MasterCard, bancontact, Apple Pay or American Express.
4.2 The Customer guarantees WOSH that he has the necessary authorisations to use the chosen method of payment. 
4.3 Upon confirmation of the order, the amount is retained but not debited to the credit card. The credit card is debited when the items in the order are sorted and checked by the partner laundry in charge of the order. If the final amount is higher than the amount retained at the time of the order (i.e. omission of an item), the total amount retained will be released in full when we charge the credit card. In the event that the final amount is less, the amount debited will be less than the amount held back. Payment is made on the basis of the bank details provided at the time of ordering. 
4.4 The transaction procedures on our site are carried out with the highly secure payment service provider: the company STRIPE - As an expert in payment security, STRIPE guarantees that sensitive data is transmitted and stored according to the highest security and quality standards. 
4.5 In all secure areas in which the URL address of begins with https:// (where the "s" stands for secure), the information is encrypted and therefore protected before being transferred via the Internet. 
4.6 In the event of late payment or non-payment of an invoice on its due date, the Customer shall be liable, by operation of law and without prior notice, to pay interest on arrears of 1% per month, any month started being due in full. 
4.7 Any invoice not paid on the due date shall automatically and without prior notice give rise to the obligation for the user to pay, as a penalty clause, an amount of 15% of the invoice with a minimum of € 50. 
4.8 Any dispute relating to an invoice must, on pain of nullity, be sent to us by registered letter within fifteen days of its dispatch with a precise and concordant description of the elements justifying this dispute.
4.9 The price of the Service is the one in force on the WOSH website ( at the time of validation of the order by the Customer. 

5 Right of renunciation
5.1 If the Service agreement is signed remotely or outside the premises of WOSH, the Customer who wishes to use the service solely for private purposes has the right to withdraw from the purchase, free of charge and without having to give reasons, within 14 days of the date of conclusion of the contract.
5.2 In order to exercise his right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify WOSH of his decision to withdraw from the service agreement by means of a withdrawal form available at the following URL: . This form must be sent by e-mail or by registered mail.
5.3 The withdrawal period shall be deemed to have been observed if the Customer sends his communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. 
5.4 If the customer withdraws from the contract, WOSH will reimburse all payments already received including the delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from the fact that the customer has chosen a delivery method other than the cheaper standard delivery method offered by WOSH) without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which WOSH is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw. WOSH will proceed with the refund using the same means of payment as the one used for the initial transaction unless the Customer expressly agrees to a different means. In any case, this refund will not incur any costs for the Customer. 
5.5 If the Customer requests to start the Service within the withdrawal period, the Customer must pay WOSH an amount proportional to what was provided to the Customer up to the time the Customer informed WOSH of his withdrawal. 

6 Exemptions and limitations of liability
6.1 WOSH shall not be liable for the total or partial non-fulfilment of its obligations if this non-fulfilment is due to an act of God or to the occurrence of an element of major force such as, but not limited to, flood, fire, storm, strike and theft. 
6.2 WOSH shall not be liable for the actions of third party service providers if the Service provided by WOSH is limited to an intermediary role between the Customer and the third party service provider, even if the third party service is invoiced by WOSH. Nevertheless, WOSH undertakes to put the Customer who is the victim of the dole in touch with the service provider in charge.  
6.3 WOSH shall under no circumstances be liable to compensate for damages other than those that are the immediate and direct result of its fault, with the express exclusion, which the Customer accepts, of all indirect damages, including in particular the loss of customers, turnover, data or profits. 
6.4 In case of loss, the partner laundries can only be held responsible after collection of the orders and before delivery.  
6.5 In the case of a Service involving a deposit, the liability of WOSH is expressly limited to half of the purchase price of the goods subject to the deposit, but not more than 10 times the sum invoiced for the Service. 
6.6 WOSH shall only be liable if the Customer sends a complaint by registered mail to WOSH within 5 working days of the Service being provided. The Customer shall be responsible for providing evidence of the loss. 
6.7 The liability of WOSH is limited to the amount of the order for the product or service offered, excluding personal injury resulting from an act or omission on its part.
6.8 WOSH reserves the right not to process a damaged part that is difficult or impossible to clean. In this case the Service shall not be charged. 
6.9 WOSH shall not be liable for the loss or breakage of objects present in or with the processed items. 

7 Contractual limitations on technical data 
WOSH shall not be held responsible for material damage linked to the use of the website. Furthermore, the user of the site undertakes to access the site using recent, virus-free equipment and with a last generation updated browser

8 Intellectual rights 
All the elements and information accessible on this website as well as their compilation and arrangement (texts, photographs, images, icons, videos, software, database, data, etc.) are protected by the Company's intellectual property rights subject to any third party rights. The names and logos of WOSH that appear on the website are protected trademarks and/or trade names. The trademark "WOSH" or any identical or similar trademark or sign may not be used by third parties. Unless explicitly authorised, the user may not, under any circumstances, copy, reproduce, translate, represent, modify, transmit, publish, adapt, distribute, disseminate, license, transfer, sell, on any medium whatsoever, by any means whatsoever, or exploit in any way whatsoever, all or part of this website without the prior written authorisation of the Company. Any infringement may result in civil and criminal proceedings. 

9 Limitations of liability
The Company may not be held liable for direct or indirect damage caused to the user's equipment when accessing the website, and resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications indicated in point 3, or from the appearance of a bug or an incompatibility. The Company may not be held liable for indirect damage (such as loss of market or loss of opportunity) resulting from the use of the website. In the interactive areas available to users, the Company reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content posted in this area that contravenes Belgian legislation applicable in this area, and in particular the provisions relating to data protection. Where applicable, the Company also reserves the possibility of calling into question the civil and/or criminal liability of the user, particularly in the event of messages of a racist, insulting, defamatory or pornographic nature, whatever the medium used (text, photographs, etc.), and of deleting these messages from the site. 

10 Use of cookies 
The Company only uses cookies that present a low risk for the Internet user concerned, which, according to the Electronic Communications Act of 13 June 2005 (ECA), does not require any consent from the Internet user. However, as required by Article 129, 1° of the Electronic Communications Act of 13 June 2005, the Company intends to inform visitors to its website about the use of cookies. 12 Dispute resolution
These Terms of Use are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of this service shall be subject to mediation. If this fails, the dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels (Belgium). The Company reserves the right to refer to another competent court, if it deems it appropriate.

13 Applicable law and competent courts
13.1 Belgian law shall apply. RPM 
13.2 The French-speaking courts of Brussels are competent.
